While The 64th edition of the Cannes Festival is about to kick off in a few hours, I wanted to show you a few photographs from the exhibition “Cannes fait le mur” which will be hung in the streets of Cannes during the film festival, in cooperation with Jaeger-Le-Coultre.
As a matter of fact, French photographer, Marcel Hartmann, portrayed a few of the emblematic French celebrities who play an important role in the French film industry. Known for his great gift for capturing the star’s magic, the photograph has produced vibrant and colorful images as different from each other as are the personalities of each of the celebrities.
Not only does the exhibition stage these personalities, it also contributes to immerge the entire city of Cannes into this Festival aura and ambiance, coming in as a real decoration of the city.
For those not lucky enough to be at the French Riviera in this next few days, here are a few of the pictures making the exhibition.
