Etam did The Show!

Etam’s 3rd annual show at the Grand Palais in Paris made quite an impression, with many people talking about it as being the new Victoria Secret which is known for its incredible fashion shows and underwear collections.

The show was fuelled by Natalia Vodianova’s 3rd collection for Etam and directed by Mark Ronson who reunited great artists such as Beth Ditto, The Kills, Joey Starr and Boy George, while spicing up the show and lifting it up to a new level.

Thank you for this post! The show is amazing, a really beautiful live performance which is never easy to produce!!!

I can imagine that the video posted is the official one sent by Etam. It's interesting to see the place accorded to the artists and the one to the models.

I think that the artists should have been slightly less exposed. We need to know why we are here for and it's obviously not for a concert performance but for the presentation of the new Etam collection.

Do you share my point of view?

Thanks for your time!

But this is the way the art world is moving into every direction. There are no barriers now, music and fashion, art and music, art and fashion, decoration and architecture all come together in every mix. You can enjoy the show, think of going out and buying some undies, and the cd! Multitasking, multiculture.... we're going to need multiminds!

@T: Thank you for your comment! I completely agree with you.... Despite begin an enjoyable and beautiful show, the artists took too much space and we could forget what we were looking at, a fashion show or a concert!

@anonymous: you're completely right!!! It is amazing how all the barriers have been destroyed and how everything comes together in a whole!
