Miami Series - First Stop: Zuma

Welcome to Miami guys!

As promised I will feature for a few weeks articles about my stay in Miami which I have enjoyed to the fullest!

Some of you might know, Miami is an incredible holiday destination fashion-wise, restaurant-wise and even art-wise (the new design district downtown holds very nice art galleries worth visiting).
In each article I will present a feature of the trip which I have enjoyed and that I suppose you will fancy to....

So today, as dinner time is approaching here, I wish to talk about the amazing Zuma restaurant I went to lat night.
Some of you might know it from London, and if so, worry not, the level is the same and the signature dishes on the same quality standards.

The restaurant is located in the heart of up-and-coming downtown Miami by the ocean in an art-deco twisted by an asian flare space. A bar as well a lounge facing the ocean are available for the cocktail lovers while wooden tables of diverse forms constitute the dining area. A sushi bar is of course present... I must say that I loved the design as well as the atmosphere of the place! And the food, well there is no words, was just simply D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!
As a starter I would recommend the Gom-ae, spinach slices in a creamy sesame dressing and the Miso Soup. To follow, I won't be original but I would definitely say that the Black Cod Miso is just the Best, with a bowl of rice of course. And then, to end the meal, do not miss out on the Chocolate SoufflĂ© with caramel center, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The dessert isn't on the menu but normally the waitress annouces it!

I hope I already gave you at least one good reason to stop by Miami!

To be continued.... ;-)
